How do I create a Ready to Dine account?

Creating an account is quick and easy! Simply download the Ready to Dine app or visit our website, click "Sign Up," and enter your email address, name, and create a password. Once registered, you can start booking reservations and pre-ordering meals right away.

 
 

How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" on the login screen. Enter your email address, and we'll send you a secure link to reset your password. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

 
 

How do I update my profile information?

Go to your account settings by clicking on your profile icon. From there, you can update your name, email address, phone number, dietary preferences, and favorite cuisines. Keeping your profile updated helps us provide you with personalized restaurant recommendations.

 
 

Can I link multiple payment methods?

Yes! You can add multiple credit cards, debit cards, or digital wallets to your account.

Go to Settings > Payment Methods to add, remove, or set a default payment method. This makes checkout faster when making reservations and pre-ordering.

 
 

How do I delete my account?

Please contact support@readytodine and we will delete your account.

 
 

How do I manage my notification preferences?

Yes this can be done through your phone's notification center as commonly done with other apps.

 
 

Making Reservations


How do I book a table at a restaurant?

Browse restaurants in your area or search for a specific venue. Select your preferred date, time, and party size. Then add menu items. Review your details and click "Confirm Reservation." You'll receive an instant confirmation with all your booking details. Restaurant will then provide a final confirmation of acceptance of your booking.

 
 

Can I make a reservation for the same day?

Yes! Most of our restaurant partners accept same-day reservations, subject to availability. Simply search for restaurants and look for available time slots for today. For the best selection of availability, we recommend booking in advance whenever possible.

 
 

Can I make a special request regarding my meal with an option that is not shown on the menu, or request a substitution? For example, dressing on the side? Or French fries instead of pasta?

Yes, just like being at the restaurant you can make special requests. RTD will pass on these requests and while restaurants will do their best to accommodate. Special requests remain the decision of the restaurant and are not guaranteed.  Please enter your special request in the "Special Request" Field.

 
 

What is the maximum party size I can book?

The Ready to Dine app allows for any size booking but some restaurants provide additional guidelines and support for bookings above (8?) people. Please check the special notes regarding your chosen restaurant. (You will find this….)

 
 

How do I add special requests (dietary needs, occasion)?

How do I add special requests regarding accessibility needs?

When making your reservation, you'll see a "Special Requests" field. Here you can note accessibility needs.  Please also feel free to contact the restaurant directly using the contact details in their profile.  For any additional support after first contacing your chosen restaurant regarding accessibility, please feel free to contact support@ready to dine. 

 
 

Can I book multiple restaurants at once?

You can make multiple reservations for various dates, times and locations.  Ready to Dine promotes fair access to tables for all diners. There are guidelines in the Terms and Conditions which address bookings being made for the purpose of resale.

 
 

Pre-Ordering


How does pre-ordering work?

Pre-ordering lets you choose and pay for your meal in advance. When booking your table, browse the restaurant's menu, select your dishes, and complete payment. Your order is sent to the kitchen, and your meal is prepared to be ready shortly after you arrive. It's like having VIP service at every restaurant!

 
 

When do I need to complete my pre-order? (please check stripe re charges if changes are made)

Pre-order completion time can vary by restaurant, but typically you'll need to place your order at least (2-4 hours?) before your reservation time. The app will show you the deadline when booking (where?). For best results, we recommend pre-ordering when you make your reservation. 

 
 

Can I modify my pre-order after placing it?

Yes, you can modify your pre-order up until the restaurant's specified deadline (usually 4 hours before your reservation). Go to "Bookings," select your booking, and click Edit Icon. After the deadline, contact the restaurant directly to request changes.

 
 

Can I order more menu items after arriving at the restaurant? 

Yes you can.

 
 

Can I pre-order for my entire party?

Yes! When pre-ordering, you can add meals for everyone in your party. Each person can also access the reservation and add their own selections if you share the booking details with them.

 
 

Modifying & Cancelling


How do I modify my reservation time or party size?

Go to "Bookings" and select the booking you want to change. Click Edit Icon to adjust your date, time, or party size, subject to availability. If you've pre-ordered, you may need to review your food order as well.

Changes are typically free up to (6 hours check this window) hours before your reservation. Please note, that some restaurants prepare specialty or imported items, or have extremely high demand and may require more than 4 hours notice of change.

 
 

How do I cancel a reservation?

Open "Bookings,"  and click "Cancel" Confirm the cancellation, and you'll receive a confirmation email. Please review our cancellation policy for information about refunds and any applicable fees. Please note the restaurant may have its own cancellation policy. 

 
 

What is the cancellation policy?

You can typically cancel without charge from the restaurant up to 4 hours before your reservation time. Cancellations made (in less than 4 hours)  may incur a cancellation fee of $xx per person, depending on the restaurant's policy. No-shows may be charged the full pre-order amount or a fee up to $xx per person at the restaurant's discretion as per their policy.

The ready to dine app fee for your cancelled booking will be applied at a discounted processing rate for bookings cancelled within the required time limit and at  the standard rate for bookings cancelled at short notice or for no shows.

 
 

What is your refund policy?

Ready to Dine processing and service fees are non refundable with partial fees being applied if cancellations are made within policy guidelines.  Credits can be applied for future services in certain situations. Please contact RTD support if you have a special circumstance.

 
 

What is your refund policy for cancelled meals?

Refunds for meals and dining experiences are at the discretion of the restaurant and in accordance with their cancellation, late arrival, deposit  and no show policies.

Refunds that have been agreed with the restaurant will be processed within 10 days of having been agreed with the restaurant. Ready to Dine processing and service fees are non refundable, however credits can be applied for future services in certain situations. Please Contact RTD support if you have special circumstances.

 
 

If I change my mind about dining out can I pick up or get my order delivered?

Plans can change and in most cases restaurants will be happy to accommodate and change your dining out experience to a pick up, and where possible a delivery. Please contact your restaurant locally. 

 
 

What happens if I'm running late?

If you're running late, please call the restaurant directly as soon as possible. Most restaurants will hold your table for 15 minutes past your reservation time. The restaurant will do their best to time your meal appropriately.

 
 

Payments & Billing


When will I be charged for my reservation?

When you pre-order your meal, you'll be charged up to 4hrs prior to your confirmed reservation. Some restaurants may require a deposit, please view your restaurant's policy.

 
 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (V2?).

 
 

How do I view my receipts?

All receipts are available in your account under "Bookings" > "Completed." Click on any completed reservation to view the receipt. Receipts are also emailed to you after your dining experience.

 
 

Are there any booking fees?

You can cancel without charge from the restaurant up to 4 hours before your reservation time. Cancellations made within 4 hours may incur a cancellation fee, depending on the restaurant's policy.

How do tips work with pre-ordering?

Diners can tip using the RTD app when making a booking or in person at the restaurant.  Ready to Dine values all participating dining establishments and the staff that will be serving you during your dining experience.  Please make sure you are aware of local custom and tipping norms in the regions where you will be dining.  Please advise RTD of exceptional service experiences and write reviews.

 
 

Why is there a restaurant service charge on my order?

Some restaurants have an automatic service charge applied to booking sizes above a certain amount of guests. The policy of the restaurant will note the amount of the fee as well as the booking size related to the fee.

 
 

Reviews & Feedback


How do I leave a review?

After your dining experience, you'll receive an email asking for feedback. Click the link to rate your experience (1-5 stars) and write a review. You can also leave reviews anytime by going to "My Reservations" > "Past Bookings" and selecting “Write a Review.”
